Project thesis

A quarry-to-port platform integrating limestone extraction, clinker production, cement grinding, bulk logistics and a dedicated marine export interface.

The programme uses 6.0 Mtpa as the combined planning basis for clinker and finished cement. Current advancement covers product allocation, resource definition, site and utilities, process configuration, marine logistics, permits, commercial agreements and financing architecture.
