Project thesis
A multi-crop agricultural platform connecting responsible primary production with storage, processing and export logistics, including a 2.0 Mtpa sugar-complex planning basis.
The programme is organised around a target gross development footprint of 270,000 hectares and a 2.0 Mtpa sugar planning basis. Workstreams cover land and crop strategy, water, yields, responsible production, processing scope, logistics, export access and finance.

01Farm-to-export system+
A diversified agricultural and processing platform organised around a target 270,000-hectare footprint and a 2.0 Mtpa sugar-complex planning basis.
- Land and crop zoning based on soils, climate, water balance, conservation constraints and logistics access.
- Farm development, mechanisation, input systems and harvesting schedules designed for stable plant feed and diversified crop rotations.
- Sugarcane reception, preparation, extraction, clarification, crystallisation, drying, storage and by-product utilisation.
- Inland collection, warehousing, rail or road corridors and port interfaces connecting production with domestic and export markets.
02Technical & responsible-production basis+
Agronomy, factory design, water, energy and land stewardship are developed as a single operating system.
- Yield and seasonality modelling, varietal strategy, soil improvement, precision agriculture and agricultural fleet planning.
- Mill mass and energy balances, process-water recovery, cogeneration potential, storage and product-quality systems.
- Traceability, protected-area screening, biodiversity controls, labour standards and community engagement embedded in land development.
- Climate resilience, irrigation criteria where justified, drought response and infrastructure redundancy assessed by production zone.
03Commercial & economic logic+
Diversified production and integrated processing are intended to balance commodity cycles, asset utilisation and route-to-market control.
- Revenue assessment across sugar grades, selected crops, energy or by-products, subject to final configuration.
- Cost architecture covering land development, agricultural operations, crop logistics, factory conversion and export delivery.
- Phasing aligned with planted-area maturity, mill ramp-up, storage and logistics capacity.
- Sensitivities centred on yields, recovery, commodity prices, weather, exchange rates, freight, working capital and certification premiums.
04Development & delivery programme+
The programme sequences land, responsible-production, agronomy, processing, logistics and market commitments.
- Title and tenure diligence, environmental licensing, land-use compliance and stakeholder engagement.
- Pilot agronomy, crop plan, nursery and fleet strategy, and progressive field-development packages.
- Mill configuration, utilities, EPC strategy, storage, transport corridors and export-terminal arrangements.
- Customer strategy, sustainability certification, working-capital design, financing and operating-organisation build-out.
